Quilt Show in Valparaiso

Lisa T. passed along some information about a quilt show in Valparaiso, Indiana.  Here is the link to the information if you are interested.

If you haven't heard about the Alzheimer's Art Quilt Initiative, it's worth taking a look at their website.  This was started by Ami Simms to raise money for Alzheimer's research.  Anyone can make a small (9 x 12 inch) quilt and donate it.  Monthly auctions of the quilts are held on-line, and the money goes to fund research.  They have raised over $350,00 since 2006.  It is an entirely volunteer effort.

You can check out the rules for entries on their website.
