Challenge Quilt – Diana explained the “rules” to the challenge quilt. If you need info contact Diana at Diana.higdon@gmail.com

Activity of the Month – Bring a “made by you” pin cushion of any size. If you need ideas go to: http://tipnut.com/22-free-pincushion-patterns/. As always, this is not a requirement!

Hospitality – Lisa, Bonita and Dianna brought goodies. Bonita’s salsa recipe has been posted to the blog. March 25th meeting is Vivian, Marie and Becky

Carol asked for show of people wanting Membership pins ($4.00) and Souvenir – 2010 3rd Annual QDO pins ($4.00).
Five year pins will be given out at the April meeting.

Carol updated us on QDO –
Sandy instrumental in working with the church to provide the space – parking –
PA system – use of the marquee - concessions
Janice – procuring quilt racks from Edwardsville
Lisa – coordinating volunteers / audio visual set up / contacting media
Bonita – making tags for all the door prizes
Mary L – organizing quilts and other items for display
Patsy – media PR

Books and craft magazines are still needed

Parking attendants will keep the parking situation under control
